Hello all! First, I want to re-link my “Notes on Marx’s 1844 Manuscripts: Manuscript 1” piece here. There, I defend the thesis that Marx’s 1844 Manuscripts is not only Marx’s first encounter with political economy, but that it is a critique of the scientific pretensions of political economy.
